From 2008, ASUS, Environmental Protection Administration, and Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research hold an activity which is about recycling computers. The main purpose is to take back e-waste and then test and recondition them into secondhand computers. ASUS will donate those computers to poor people including needy students. The activity started from now to the end of this year. The recycling items contain PCs (at least comprise case, power supply, and motherboard), monitors(CRT/LCD), and notebooks. The targets are separated into general consumers and enterprises. General customers only have to bring their PCs, monitors, or notebooks, which could be any brands to the appointed locations, such as ASUS Royal Clubs, TsannKuen, and Da-Fong, and then those customers could participate in the giveback activities when buying new products. Enterprises could have discounts when they buy our new products as well. As long as entering the ASUS recycling website (http://recycling.asus.com) to fill those related data in the enterprise-recycling interface, or call our particular line for recycling services (0800-077-277), there will be specialists to give service to you.
