WEEE recycling logo¡Ðprevents careless disposal of electrical products

By the European Union WEEE directive, production and selling of branded products must affix the crossed out wheeled bin in warning consumers of careless disposal of electrical products. For products shipped to countries in European Union after August 13th, 2005 with the warning mark according to the prEN50419 logo regulation and the manufacturer must bear the recycling responsibility.

ASUS conforms to the WEEE logo principles as follows:

All electrical products are affixed with the“rossed out wheeled bin ”arning mark after August 13th, 2005.

1. Size is dependent on the product but has minimum limit.
   
2. 2. If the logo couldn't be affixed, then it would be at the following places:
   
   ◆  Power Supply cord tag
   ◆ Product manual
   ◆ Warranty certificate
   ◆  Product wrapping
   
3. Product manual and product wrapping is also noted with the following statements:
   
   The symbol of the crossed out wheeled bin indicates that the product (electrical and electronic equipment) should not be placed in municipal waste.
